Proof of Concept, Joint Development, Manufacturing and Sales of Fully Solid-Solution Alloy Nanoparticles

Our proprietary laser-induced reduction technology produces a wide range of metal nanoparticles without the reducing agents used in conventional chemical reduction methods. It also enables the synthesis of fully solid-solution alloy nanoparticles, with multiple elements distributed uniformly within each particle. The process supports environmentally conscious operations: no chemical reducing agents, processing at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, low power and energy consumption, and a compact system footprint.
Nanoparticles are widely used in electronic materials, catalysts and medical applications. Our solid-solution alloy nanoparticles are expected to help address limitations of pure-metal nanoparticles. We also develop particle size reduction processes using pulsed-laser ablation in liquids. Starting with relatively large, micrometer-scale particles, we can reduce their size to create materials with potential for new applications.
We currently offer nanoparticle development through collaborative research and provide samples for property evaluation to meet customer needs.
